Music contest

Hello everybody, this is mine(mattias) and Simon’s contribution to the music contest. We have chosen the beautiful song Heartbeats by The Swedish singer-songwriter José Gonzales. It’s actually a cover, originally it’s a song made by The Knife, a Swedish electro pop band.

José Gonzales parents come from Argentina but they live in Göteborg, the third largest city in Sweden. He was borned 1978 here in Sweden and there isn’t much more to say about him.

This song has been played in both the series OC and Scrubs. We love this song and it makes our hearts beat. The combination of a beautiful melody and a touching lyric make this song in our eyes a masterpiece. Just imagine sitting on the beach watching a beautiful sunset. Then someone picks up the guitar and starts to play this song. Isn’t it a beautiful sight? I hope you enjoy this song as much as we do!
