Music Contest from Hungary

The Green day is an american rockband formed in 1987. The members of this trio are Billie Joe Armstrong(vocals , guitar), Mike Dirnt(bass guitar , vocals) and Tré cool(drums , percussion).they gave out their first album in 1990, but the first, real succes was brought by the american idiot in 2004.The world has known them from this cd. The trio’s last album is 21st century breakdown, and it was relased in may, 2009. Green Day has sold over 22 million records in the United States. They have won three Grammy Awards :Best Alternative Album for Dookie , Best Rock Album for American Idiot ,Record of the Year for "Boulevard of Broken Dreams”. I really like this band , ’cause i love rock songs , and the song’s lirycs are so good , I think.:)
