“Weavers of light”

The artist is Nicolas de Maya. The name of his sculpture is “Weavers of light” and is a monument of Cehegín. The sculpture is a tribute to Cehegín and its history.
The sculpture allows anyone to see how two feet walk on the story, written by all the surnames of Cehegineros. The sculpture represents a man’s foot and another woman’s foot. The feet are made of resin and fibreglass. “Weavers of light” is a magical piece made to be seen in a car or walk so the effect will be a man's foot and a woman's foot walking.
