Hello from Lithuania!

So it's our second year in the 'teaching-how-to-tk' project! Congradulations to everyone!

It's already October, but in September our friends from Sweden have visited us, so i want to show you some photos from this meeting.

Pizza Margarita

Ingredients:
500 g. Flour
30 g. Brewer's yeast
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
For the Filling
400 g. Tomato pulp
150 g. Mozzarella
Basil leaves
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper


Development of Pizza Margarita:
Step 1: The diluted yeast in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of warm water and 2 tablespoons of flour. Knead, cover and let stand in a warm place. When it has doubled in volume, sifting the flour onto a pastry board, making a volcano shaped mound. Thrown into the center of sourdough, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons oil gradually working the dough and adding warm water until dough is consistency.
Step 2: The work the dough vigorously, then pour into a floured bowl. Cover and let stand in a warm place until double in volume. The dough is placed back on the table, and work is hitting several times to deflate. It is divided into four parts and is stretched thin circles, which are arranged in a greased baking tray.
Step 3: The tomato pulp is divided between the pizzas and seasoned with a little oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. The pizzas are passed through a preheated oven at 230 º C. After 15 min., Are removed from the oven, you pour over the diced mozzarella and basil, and taken to the oven another 10 min. Serve hot, fresh from the oven.

Octopus with Potatoes

Ingredients:

An octopus(A piece).
A potatoe for it person.
Five garlic.
A twig of parsley. (The five garlic and the twig of parsley whole pricked, with oil).
A glass of oil.
Three handsfuls of salt.

Preparation:

The five garlic and the twig of parsley whole pricked, with oil. This is the salse.
Conect the oven at 250ºC and introduced the octopus into the oven and in an hour, the recipe should be completed.

Migas
Ingredients:
Water
Flour
Salt
Olive oil
Meet (sausage or pig meet) or fish
Steps to follow to do the recipe:
Firstly you mix the flour with the water in a bowl. One glass of each one for person.
Fry the meet or fish in a frying pan with olive oil. When you have finished put away this olive oil.
Put some new olive oil in the frying pan and add the mixture. Remove it until it is forming little balls. The olive oil that you put away after must be added now in smalls quantities.
When migas are finished you must add the meet or fish to them.
You can also add tomatoes.

1 sausage
Bacon 150 grames
1 onion
1 fix in grain
1 potato
Salt-oil
Saffron
One garlic bulb
White vine

PREPARATION:
Put the lentils with the oil (aprox. 4 spoonfulls of oil)
We add all the ingredients and stew aprox 15 or 20 minutes. Then we add water and a potato, saffron and salt and we cook a hour aprox.

1 sausage

1 onion
