The idea of Nightwish was „born” in 1996’s July Finland, when three friends, Toumas Holopainen, Tarja Turunen and Erno Vuorinen (Emppu) when they were sitting around a campfire. A couple of weeks training Jukka Nevalainen who plays in drums joined to the band. In 1997’s April they went to studio and they recorded their first album – Angels Fall First with eleven songs.
After that they go to a tuor around the country and in 1998 they made their first video Carpenter.
One year later in 1998 they released a new album – Oceanborn. Everybody was surprised by the success of this album. It was on the top of the official Finnish album chart for weeks.
Sleeping Sun was written for the German eclipse in 1999 and they released with Walking In The Air, Angels Fall First and Swanheart.
They went again to studio in 2000 and then they made Wishmaster and the took qualification on the Eurovisio Song Contest with Sleepwalker. The new album, Wishmaster, was released in May and the Wishmaster Tour started from Kitee, the home town of the band. After the show, the band received gold discs for the album Oceanborn and the singles Sacrament of Wilderness, Walking in the Air and Sleeping Sun.
In March 2001 Nightwish entered the studio again to record their version of Gary Moore's classic Over The Hills And Far Away, with 2 new songs.
Century Child came out in May 2002 and made a sales record, selling gold in Finland within 2 hours! Within two weeks it sold platinum (30,000 copies) and continued selling rapidly.
Their fifth album Once was the most successful of their all albums with the single Nemo and Wish I Had An Angel. The second single, Wish I Had An Angel, was released in Autumn 2004. The song's video was directed by Uwe Boll, director of the movie "Alone In The Dark", in which the song was also played. The second single was again a great success and boosted the sales of the Once album.
In 2005 they went to a tour wich called End Of An Era. The final concert was in Hartwall Arena, Finland. After this concert, Toumas, Emppu, Jukka and Marco fired Tarja Turunen and her manager Marcelo Cabuli.
The auditions for the position as new lead singer ended in mid-January of 2007. On 24 th May they introduced their new singer Anette Olzon and new album Dark Passion Play was released in late September and had a very successful start all across the world. It was awarded double platinum in Finland after just two days and received four more gold awards so far.

About the band:

Three Days Grace is a Canadian rock band, formed in Norwood, Ontario, Canada in 1992, under the name Groundswell. After a breakup in 1995, the band reformed in 1997 under its current name and with a line-up consisting of guitarist and lead vocalist Adam Gontier, drummer and backing vocalist Neil Sanderson, and bassist Brad Walst. In 2003, Barry Stock was recruited as the band's lead guitarist. After signing to Jive Records, Three Days Grace released two studio albums, Three Days Grace in 2003 and One-X in 2006, both of which have been certified platinum and double platinum in the United States and Canada, respectively. This is the group that we've chosen. It's formed by four components. They are Roberto “Robe” Iniesta, Iñaki “Uoho” Antón, Miguel Colino and Jose Ignacio Cantera.
-Robe: He's the singer and he plays the guitar. (since 1987).
-Uoho: He plays the guitar and the organ. (since 1993).
-Miguel: He plays the bass. (since 1997).
-Jose Ignacio: He plays the battery. (since 1997).

Biography:

Extremoduro is a Spanish rock band founded in Plasencia in 1987. They have defined their style as “transgressive rock”. The founder was Roberto Iniesta “Robe” who has been the only stable member in the history of the group.
Etremoduro was Robe, “Kaito” and “Willian”. This formation lasted a few months. After, Robe replaced Kaito and Willian by Luis “Von fanta” y Salo. With this formation, they recorded their first album called “Rock transgresivo”, with songs like “Extremaydura”.
In 1991, efforts were initiated with “Avispa” for recording the second album, but they decided break their contract and they were joined to “Pasión-área Creativa”. With them, Extremoduro recorded his second album called “Somos unos animales”.
In 1992 they recorded their third album, the first of its contract wih DRO: “Deltoya”. This album have a thematic more erotic and less social that compound by the group until this moment. On the tour, they knew “Uoho” and the drugs did damage to Extremoduro that drove to the rupture of the band.
Robe replaced the members of the band by the members of the Q3. This formation recorded the fourth album of the group called “¿Dónde están mis amigos?”, that continued the style of “Deltoya”.
In 1995 they recorded the fifth album called “Pedrá”.
In 1996 Extremoduro recorded the sixth album “Águila”, the disc most popular. With this disc Extremoduro began to exist for the media. With the songs of this tour, Extremoduro recorded his first disc in direct “ Iros todos a tomar por culo”. The disc came out on sale in 1997. After this tour “Uoho”, Miguel Colino and José Ignacio Contrera become members of the group, this members are the members today.
In 1998 they recorded the seventh album called “Canciones prohibidas”.
In 2002, after a few ages without disc Extremoduro recorded the eighth disc called “Yo, minoría absoluta” , with some of the song more popular of the grpuo like “ Standby” or “ La vereda de la puerta de atrás”. After of this tour, Robe decided take a break that lasted six ages.
In 2008 Extremoduro recorded the ninth album called “ La ley innata” that have the songs which we have chosen for the work: “Segundo movimiento: Lo de dentro”.

LA FUGA.

Spanish rock band La Fuga were born in July of 1996 in Reinosa, a small industrial town south of Cantabria. Edu (drums), Rulo (guitar and voice), Fito (lead guitar and voice), and Inaki (bass) all left previous bands behind in hopes of forming a solid group. It was not long before La Fuga were performing regularly in Reinosa and the surrounding area. In June of 1997 the group took to the studio to record its first record, the self-produced El Camino. Thanks to local success and acclaim, the group was soon offered the opportunity to work with Fak Records on its first truly market-ready project, Mira. In the process, La Fuga lost Fito to other projects, yet took to the road anyway, touring to support their new record with a new lead guitar player, Nando. A short time later the group produced its second studio production, called A Golpes de Rock and Roll. The record's success and acclaim among local critics opened doors for further projects A Las Doce and Calles de Papel. The group's fifth record release, Negociando Gasolina, was issued in 2005, followed by Nubes y Claros: En Acústico in 2006.

BIOGRAPHY OF ALEJANDRO SANZ

Alejandro Sánchez Pizarro was born 18 December 1968 in Madrid, Spain. His star sign is Sagittarius. He lived in Pueblo Nuevo till he was 13 years old. " When I was a little boy I don't identify with the other boys from neighborhood too much and it didn't mean that I felt different, nut while Jesus - his single brother, a year older than him - liked playing soccer with his friends, I was more introvert, I was very anxious in myself."

His first toy was an "exin castillos", but his favourite toy was a tape-recorder. His parents give him a guitar when he was 7 - he would torture everybody playing it everynight - however he was very convinced that he wanted to be a shoemaker. His more interesting living were when he was a child in his parents' country, Andalucia, where he went each summer. " I don´t know how old I was, because I was still a child, but my oldest remember is about Alcala de los Gazules, my mother's town: we were there, in the town square, playing hide-and-seek with my brother and other friends when I realized everybody started to pick a quarrel with a girl, I don't know why, but the poor girl was havin a bad time. I didn´t think twice and I wen to defend her and face with everybody. I felt like the brave prince, I was happy because people went away and they left her in peace, we made very friends from that moment".

His father had got an artistic agency, but he had taken part in some groups and recordered as studio singer. His sponsor was Manuel Alejandro, a song genious and doubtless, the most important spanish composer, author of the most important Raphael and Rocio Jurado's hits and other singers.

When he was 13 he would moved Madrid, Moratalaz neighborhood when he'll became a normal boy with usual friends " I always got angry with my girlfriends about boys things, I remember that with the first one, Marta, I was always because she liked going upper-class discos and I and my friends hated them and I was always with my guitar, trying to play Paco de Lucia's songs. My two favourites songs were ' Pongamos que hablo de Madrid ' and ' Dejame ' of ' Los Secretos '. I don't know how many versions I did ! I was singing them to my neighborhood friends all day and they were listening to them down in the street ever and more everyday."

Alejandro has felt devotion for his family. He has his family photos in his wallet. He bought a Mercedes to his father when he could do it and he set up a hairdresser for his mother. In 1994 he left Moratalaz and he moved a luxurious neighborhood in the north of Madrid, with secret address that his fans would find it soon. A big house with 600 m2 in 4 floors. He is still living with his family.

" I was going to a professional academy called Teide and it was near from Mayor Square. I was wanted to be administrative. It was a little school that I remember with a big smile. When I got there I was a bit lout. I had been expeled from institute because I was breaking doors, jumping tables... I was a good boy but I was not understand when I got to the new academy. I was a misfit. I want to know nothing about people and I thought nobody could understand me. Then, thanks to Vicente, the Principal - who Alejandro would take to work with him carrying his red tape - and my classmates I found a new world and I started interesting in everybody."

One of his biggest frustation is that he could have had more learning, so he try developing constantly. He love reading and his favourite writers are Becquer, Tagore, Rosalia de Castro. He has got almost as a rule reading and writing before going bed. Well, he is writing almost everytime he always takes a little notebook or a tape-recorder because he can have an inspiration any time. He writes sheets and sheets of paper. " You need write a lot if you want what you write was good" and he has a discipline. " My favourite time working is at late night. I spend my time at home many days, I go out a couple of hours at night to meet my friends, and at one or two I go back my room and I start working."

His musical likings are very varied and get pop or melody songs, Flamenco, Jazz, etc... His favourite cities are Madrid and Sevilla. He doesn't read horoscope, but superstitious he is a bit, he doesn't let anybody from his team wear in yellow on the stage. He's untidy but very punctual. He has got a place where he can be close to sun in his house, because he likes having a sunbath. He likes big salads, withe rice, oisters, fideua, shellfish and he hates al kind of entrails. He drinks isotonic drinks in concerts " It's an idea I took from Sergio Dalma " and he takes a shower and changes his clothes everytime he go in and out his house. He likes going gym everyday and he loves Tenis, his favourite sport. To travel he prefers train that car or plane.


BIOGRAPHY OF ALICIA KEYS

Alicia Keys (born Alicia Augello-Cook on January 25, 1981 in Manhattan, New York City, USA) is a popular R&B vocalist and pianist.
She was born to a White mother, Terri Augello, and a Black father, Craig Cook and was raised in the Hell's Kitchen section of New York City.
She began playing piano when she was seven. She learned classical music by composers such as Beethoven, Mozart and Chopin, who was her favorite composer. She wrote her first song 'Butterflyz' at the age of fourteen; the song can be found on her debut album. Keys's mother was the one who most supported her during the time when Keys was developing her talents. She loved her cousin Ashley Dean for looking up to her and believing in how she could do it.
Keys' debut album, Songs in A Minor, was commercially successful. With it she won five Grammy Awards in 2002 (see 2002 in music). Because she wrote her own songs and played several instruments very well, consumers saw Keys as an original voice at a time when the musical marketplace was flooded with pop bands that were little more than an attractive front for the creative energies of others. As such, she established a large fanbase of devoted fans, making her one of the most popular artists of the early years of the twenty-first century. Critical reviews were mostly positive. Keys' work had a sound similar to 1970s soul singers like Curtis Mayfield and Marvin Gaye, with hip hop influences like those apparent in neo soul artists like Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu and D'Angelo. Some critics went on to accuse her of outright plagiarism, especially in the case of her single 'Fallin'', which sounds very similar to James Brown's 'It's A Man's World', right down to the string arrangement.
Keys graduated as valedictorian from the Professional Performing Arts School, a public high school in Manhattan. She briefly attended Columbia University on a scholarship before devoting herself to a full-time musical career. Following her mentor Clive Davis to his newly-formed J Records label, she released her debut album Songs in A Minor, the title being a reference to both her classical aspirations and to the fact that she wrote most of the songs while still being very young.
In late 2003, Keys released her second album, The Diary of Alicia Keys, which shot straight up to the top of the Billboard R&B charts. At the 47th Annual Grammy Awards ceremonies held on February 13, 2005, she gave a powerful solo performance of the single 'If I Ain't Got You', and then joined Jamie Foxx and Quincy Jones in a stirring rendition of the Hoagy Carmichael song made famous by the late Ray Charles, 'Georgia On My Mind'. She eventually went home with 4 Grammys (Best R&B Album for The Diary of Alicia Keys; Best Female R&B Vocal Performance for 'If I Ain't Got You'; Best R&B Song for 'You Don't Know My Name'); and Best R&B Duo or Group (My Boo with Usher Raymonds).

Barricada is a Rock Group from Pamplona. This started in 1982 in “el barrio de la chambray”. This have 21 cd’s so far, and they have many concerts back to back. They are a group with more years inside the Spanish rock androy.


The group was originally created by Enrique Villarreal, Voice and Bass, José, Drummer, Javier Hernandez “El Boni”, Voice and Guitar, And Sergio Oses, voice and Guitar.

Their First cd, is “Noche de Rock and Roll”, this cd was recorded in two days and is the most famous of this group!
